The more I wear this Casio World Timer the more it grows on me. I love Casio’s digital watches and even though this one is a little less badass than a calculator one it still has such personality IMO.

This one’s exaxt model is the AE1200WH-1A. It’s got a watch (obviously), 5 individual alarms, a stopwatch, a countdown timer, a world time mode with 31 time zones and 100m water resistance. You can get it on Amazon for like $30 a lot of the time and I highly recommend you do.

Will never not show up for a Casio World Timer. I've got three.

The watch matches the car? That's odd, I wouldn't have expected a Casio to break down frequently and cost a small fortune to repair.

It matches but the car is infinitely fancier

[–] niceboyonline@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Are you actually sure about that?

This man knows his Alfas! Either the most beautiful cars on the planet or the biggest pile of garbage that spends more time in the workshop than on the road, there is no in-between 😂

Though I will remain optimistic and assume the prior, lovely watch and lovely car 😂

[–] cavershamox@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago (2 children)

Probably less likely to break down than the car

[–] Smiths_fan137@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

My god people don't understand Alfa Romeo specially in US. Have one and then try to say that again

[–] Manuag_86@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

100% less likely, at least in the electronics department.

Given Alfa's history, the casio may outlast the car.

The Casiou would outlast any eropean car (apart from an old Beetle).

I don't know what it is about this watch, but I love it too.

Bro you should wear a Rolex like the GMT Master-II BLRO at least to better match your ride. This Casio is more appropriate for those who can only afford to drive Volkswagen or Skoda

[–] Jishwa_Free@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

I would expect no less from someone with your username 😂 You scream "I grew up in a middle class family but now I have one expensive watch and an 25k car on finance I'm rich and I'll tell everyone about it" sorta energy.

[–] scryptbreaker@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Bro that Rolex is pleb-tier, I was only allowed to buy this Casio after I bought my 50th Patek Phillipe Nautilus; they literally bring it out on a silver platter at the AD with an invite to the rich people club.

Clearly you aren’t in the know.

Great choice in both worlds!

[–] AnjelFew@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

I see you are a man of class. Very nice.

[–] wagglenews@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

This is the only steering wheel shot that should exist

[–] FunRabbit4652@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Holy crap. I have a Giulia and I just bought the same watch today from the Macy’s sale going on right now.

[–] scryptbreaker@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Congrats on both, I wish you well on your watch and your wheels!

[–] CherryRyu@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

unrelated: why is the start/stop on the wheel? i feel like you wouldn't want that button near your hands while driving

[–] Sivalon@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Formula 1 vibe

[–] Wh1tePo1nter@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Doesn't match the car at all. Still a cool watch though.

[–] Pom-O-Duro@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

That’s the perfect watch for the car, the royale is a great mechanics’ watch.

[–] ShamAsil@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Hello fellow Alfisti! Good choice of car, think an Alfa is more fun than any Merc ;)

[–] foulmentalraquet@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

But the Casio is reliable, I don't see a match here.

[–] itsmeiwastheturkey@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Great Combo. Might have to put this watch at the top of my list.

... Does it come in black? Lol

[–] Necessary_Ad7797@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

I love the Royale in silver, my favorite. I have a small watch collection, but I end up wearing this one all the time :(

Just an FYI, the paint on the case tends to wear off in couple of years if you wear it al the time (like I did) and you end up with a silver case which has light gray spots of resin material peaking from under the paint.

I ended up getting a stainless steel case (with sapphire crystal) which is like 3x the cost of watch itself and pretty heavy but I absolutely LOVE it.
