I dont know why, but even in the case of a legitimate painful foul like this, it always seems like Lebron is overselling. I think his facial expressions make it seem like he is pretending to be hurt. That combined with his size. Of course fingers to the eyes would hurt anyone, but when he gets hit by someone and covers his face rolling around on the ground, it just looks silly to me.
