I have a milestone birthday coming up and have just begun the recon mission on finding a piece that will complement, but not directly compete with anything I currently have. Not into overly dressy or rectangular watches. 39-43mm range under $10k. No Rolex, I've had a few and I didn't like the attention they got. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

A dress watch would be cool. Maybe JLC or Grand Seiko

You seem to be into Omegas. You have the moonwatch Speedmaster, a few Seamasters. How about completing the Tri-fecta and get a vintage Railmaster?

Fill the empty space with $100 bills, so the watches are secure /s

Blue Duro…. Unless you want to still wear these watches, too.

Love this collection.

Know you’ve tried to avoid Rolex purposefully, but a no date sub would look great with these. I very very seldom have mine noticed. Or a black dial Black Bay.

I have a Milgauss, a 5500 Air King and a hesalite Speedy pro. Next up will be a dark dialed Panerai or a black dial Black Bay.

You have 6 of the same watch lol

You're insane if you think that

The directly compete part is a bit of a head scratcher. That said, I like these pieces. Love the older Seamaster 300M.

Look at Grand Seikos. Amazing technology with some color and beautiful dial options. Some are similar in look and feel to the AT.

In all seriousness do you have a beater like a g shock or something along that lines?

Some colour.

Also, a dress watch.

Fantastic collection OP. Much respect. If I was in your $2k Prada shoes I would get the C1 Bel Canto by Christopher Ward.

I’d pick something a bit smaller, with a leather strap and a colourful dial. Just to mix things up a bit.

Something other than round

I reckon spend the money on having a more memorable birthday and stop thinking about finding another watch that will complement what you already have.

That’s a solid collection there. I don’t know however how anyone actually reads the dial on a Navitimer?

I have it set for currency conversion from CAD to USD. And for CAD to EUR when I travel

Something clean and simple.

I just moved out a IWC mark xviii petit Prince. I bored of it. Any other suggestions?
