I really like the design of this watch (36mm, proportions, small seconds, blue hands, how thin is, and how the case back looks like). But, I really can't wear a watch without a date. It frustrates me when I can't check the date, and I work in an environment where I can't easily check the date without a watch.

Does anyone knows a watch like this, but with a date window? I would love to get it, but I would probably not wear it since it doesn't have date on it. Thank you.

Seiko SARX027.

Or you forego the small seconds and get a Marine Klassik with the date at 6 o’clock.

Stowa does make a 36mm version of this watch with a Sellita SW 215-1 handwinding movement with an optional date window rather than the small seconds Peseux 7001 movement version you posted. https://www.stowa.de/en/Marine+36+classic-arabic-white.htm

Hamilton Khaki Navy Pioneer. I have one and it's a great watch.

Once you go no-date, you’ll never again hesitate…
