I love the Black Bay 58 style but it’s out of my budget. Can anyone recommend a similar looking watch for $500-$1000USD? Thanks :)

Baltic Aquascaphe is my favorite in this segment (and I own a black/creme one)

Came here to recommend this. If I didn't already have too many divers, I'd have one.

Second the Baltic aquascaphe, a really great looking watch that is great value for money. The finish on mine is impeccable, I haven't seen many other watches this well made under €1k. The only downside is the loud rotor, but imo I don't notice it at all and is a bit overblown (in general I just don't car tbf, I have a max bill which is meant to be pretty loud as well but never really noticed it). Mine also runs at -1s/d which is very impressive, miyotas get some bad rep but they are fantastic movements

On the budget side the Invicta 1953 (31290) has a similar look but diferit hands.

Seiko Willard Reissue. black for the most vintage look. should be able to find it used /grey market for about or under $1000

I love my SPB153 (Green version) keeps decent time for the movement too.

I would also suggest the Baltic Aquascaphe but if you don't like their aesthetics you can also checkout Lorier Neptune as well.

Lorier as long as you are cool with acrylic crystals

Pre-owned Oris Driver 65 might just squeeze into your budget if you're lucky? Otherwise, I second the Aquascaphe recommendations.

Also look at the Certina DS PH200m and PH500M. Christopher Ward C65 Aquitaine is in budget here in UK but probably not by the time you ship it.

Orient kamasu "vintage". I have the RA-AA0814R19B. Which is red. But it also comes in blue and maybe some other colors.

I think the Glycine Combat Sub 39 comes closest.
