Mine is the zenith chronomaster sport in white. I'll be optimistic and say that I'm somewhat likely to get it but not for a while, and by the time I have the money maybe I'll have a different grail. Idk tho because this watch is stunning.

Lmk what yours is and add a picture if you can. Some of you might already even have theirs.

Wow that’s gorgeous

[–] inreverso@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Plan to buy in the next decade: Patek world time Breguet Reine de Naples (mother of pearl dial)

Honorable mentions: A Lange Zeitwerk Blancpain fifty fathoms Bathyscaphe Piaget Altiplano (time only) Bvlgari Octo finismo in rose gold

[–] icemantiger@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Zeitwerk. Never, ever gonna happen unless I win like 100mil lotto

[–] TotalWarspammer@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

My grail was honestly a Rolex Sky Dweller... I lusted after it then managed to get on a waiting list then after a couple of years I got it. Now I don't lust after anything else and the only way it could be improved upon is if they managed to make the watch 40mm and the movement a few mm thinner and in a Rhodium grey dial in stainless steel.

Speedmaster Alaska Project. Always loved them but in reality the Mars Moon Swatch is about as close as I am ever going to get.

[–] Electrical_Swing8166@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

An ALS Up/Down Datograph, and “only gonna happen if I hit the lotto.” It’s ok, can’t complain about my GMT2, Speedy, GS collection

Patek Philippe celestial calendar, 6102r specifically. I just think it’s such an unbelievable watch, and to call it a watch feels like an understatement.

There’s something about timekeeping that just seems so special and significant to me. To merge that with everything up there, which makes us feel so insignificant, is such an interesting paradox. Who knows if we’re alone or not, and how long everything will last, but we still have to preserve what we have here for the next generations. I like to think that if there are other intelligent forms of life out there they would be blown away that we could create something so special, and it would connect us in a really cool way to the universe that we’re both a part of.

Maybe I sound like an idiot saying all of this, I don’t know, but I just think what Patek has done with this is remarkable and every time I think about it I contemplate the meaning of it all.

Don’t really have a specific one right now. I do really love the VC Overseas. A more attainable option might be a JLC Reverso

[–] jwbowen@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

VC Traditionnelle Twin Beat Perpetual

No way in hell I'll ever have that kind of money.

[–] Kingkiller279@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I think my Grail wich is unlikely to get is a 5712/R. A realistic Grail is a 16520 with the Zenith movement in steel and black dial. Btw the Chronomaster Sport was a Grail for me too and about half a year ago I made this dream come true and bought it myself. A absolutely stunning piece I love that watch. Therefore would be a Zenith Daytona (with the black dial) close the circle. I hope you all accomplish your goals in the Watchgame!

[–] Karmacoma77@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Omega Dark Side Of The Moon Apollo 8 and verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry unlikely. I gots no money.

[–] CantKBDwontKBD@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Lange zeitwerk

As Lloyd Christmas would have said to the AD: “ So you’re saying there’s a chance”

[–] GroundbreakingCap364@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

My grail watch is a Tudor Black Bay 41 red and it’s unlikely I’ll get it. Not because I couldn’t pay for it, just that investments go into my family/kid first, otherwise I’ll get into troubles with the wife. Maybe a 2nd hand watch is in the possibility.

[–] PruWaters@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

GS White Birch Spring Drive, Omega Speedmaster, Rolex Explorer, and this exact Zenith. Very low probability of getting any of these, but maybe the Speedmaster in like 15 years.

[–] anotherRedditor2020@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Dude this is such beautiful watch. I absolutely love it

[–] Dramatic-Succotash62@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Saw one of these at Disneyland yesterday. Never saw one in person until then. If I was looking for another new watch I’d go with the El Primero over the Moonwatch.

[–] ASOD77@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

My ultimate dream watch would be the Patek Philippe 6002R Sky Moon Tourbillon, which I'll never be able to get.

[–] AME540@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Louis Moinet Memoris Red Eclipse. Not necessarily my favourite watch, but it ticks the boxes of being impossibly exclusive and just over the top in every way. It’s fun to see what artisans come up with when they don’t have to give a single thought to pricing.

[–] AlaskaLostCauze@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

That is my grail watch. Very likely I believe.

[–] Rolo316@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

CMSport is just stunning!!!!

[–] maybeJeremy@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

VC 222, more than 0% chance, less than 2...

[–] lollipoppizza@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

JLC Reverso Duo. I might be able to afford one in 20 years time but I don't know if I'll ever want to spend that much money on a watch compared to something else more important.

[–] far_beyond_driven_@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Probably an AP Royal Oak chrono in steel with the blue dial. I have no idea how likely I am to get it, but my chances probably aren't that great.

[–] ScrubSaurusRex@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Armin Strom Gravity Equal Force. It’s achievable but I can’t justify spending that amount of money to myself.

[–] Miss-Kitty-1983@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I’m pretty much selling my body for a Speedmaster right now. 😂 I’ve been told it’s a man’s watch but I was fascinated with space as a little girl and have always wanted one.

[–] EatMyPoopiePies@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Zenith Defy El Primero 21 in blue with a titanium case and bracelet.

[–] KazeDionysus@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Franck Muller Vanguard Color Dreams. Such a fun watch, may take a little bit to get, but I have hope!

[–] BustThaScientifical@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago
[–] kingkmke21@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Grand Seiko Spring Drive Snowflake. At this rate never. :( student loans have ruined my finances.

[–] Paddy32@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

No Tachimeter on a chrono ? Never seen that before that's interesting.

[–] ServiceGames@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 41, and I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to justify ~$6,000 on a watch. That said, I do believe it is the end all, be all of GADA watches.

[–] mlaska81@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I would like a Grand Seiko from their Heritage collection, or William Wood Heritage Collection. This company's watches are fire department-based watches. due to the fact I'm a retired fire inspector.

[–] clarkeyjam02@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Wristclox Wrist Ben, may seem a strange one but being a big movie fan and seeing Rebel Without A Cause has made it my holy grail.

However, it was a dollar store watch and from the 50s the chance of finding it are probably lower than finding the actual holy grail.

[–] gmatic92@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

How likely am I to get a 222 Jumbo?

I’d say about slim to none.

[–] Motor_Ninja_6871@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Aim big or aim achievable? Big Patek Grand Complications, I'll never own that watch. Grand Seiko spring drive I really like the cherry blossom but it's pink. They keep those on limited release so whatever spring drive is available at the time.

[–] Sea_Attempt_2920@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Mine is the Tudor Black Bay 58. I should be able to get it in a year or two. I’d also love a Speedmaster Pro, but it would likely take a long time to save for it.

[–] GaleanoJR10@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

The JLC Reverso Tribute Duoface Calendar. Unlikely. 😂

[–] Do_Not_Go_In_There@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Casio Oceanus OCW-S100-1AJF.

https://www.benswatchclub.com/blog/casio-oceanus-ocw-s100-review

Cheaper than most you'd see here, but I love it.

[–] gentlemansincebirth@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

AP RO Salmon Dial. 99.9% sure will never get it.

[–] Mother_Arm7423@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

There are 3 watches that I absolutely want, 1. Richard mille rm055 bubba white, somewhat likely, rolex day-date 40mm platinum arabic dial fluted bezel, probably down the line, and rolex yacht master 40mm in rodium with the blue needle, I hope I’ll get it in like 3 years

[–] Snoo_22459@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I was just visiting their factory in Switzerland last week. Wasn;t impressed. Would not buy this

[–] JBLL100s@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

The Overseas Perpetual calendar ultra-thin in gold with the blue dial.

Sometime in the future I'll get it.

[–] RareHistorian6541@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago
