Happened to vini earlier this week. I have no idea why shoving from the back isn’t punished at all

Both players are side by side and the ball is ahead of both of them. Both players can compete with upper-body contact and use their strength to win the ball. Never a pen.

Maybe a foul in basketball, but not in football where shoulder-to-shoulder duels have always been allowed.
