Tripod plate stuck (alien.top)

Hi, My tripod plate ( Manfrotto) is stuck to the camera. It spins around, but I can’t make it any looser or any thighter . So I can’t remove it from the camera ( Canon 80d)

Any ideas how could I remove it?
