I grew up watching NBA in the late 90s and 2000s. I have a list of players I really liked listed below, for their swag and their style, and I’m hoping to find similar young players to follow.

  • Vince Carter, amazing show
  • Manu Ginobili, moves never seen before
  • Michael Redd, clunky but smooth
  • Allan Houston, text book guard
  • Larry Johnson, monstrosity
  • Robert Horry, Mr Clutch!

Wemby the new Manu. Has the eurostep and the nutmeg, plus does at least one thing per game we’ve never seen lol

Buddy Hield = Allan Houston

Hell no he has no post-up game and isn't nearly as crafty as Allan Houston, stop kidding yourself. Allan Houston was a top player om teams that made deep playoff runs unlike lil ol' Buddy.

I think Kelly Olynyk reminds me of Vince Carter

Klay Thompson is Allan Houston with better range. Mike Conley is Michael Redd more composed, IMO.

Not comparing games but there's an electricity in Ant Edwards that TMac had in his day.
