I’m certain everyone loves hearing tiny bits of your music choices…😱

[–] eatingdonuts44@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

With hifimans its like having 2 speakers on your head that everyone can hear perfectly

Aren't any open back headphones blast music both ways?

[–] fii0@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

There's open back dynamic headphones, e.g. Sennheisers, that are pointed towards your ears. All planar magnetics and electrostats are going to emit from their diaphragm pretty equally both ways.

What a noob , i bring the Z1R (iem ver) and then duct tape them to my ear while doing exercise. Result? Few of you can comprehend.

[–] Krouisente@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Don't talk to me until you bring an HE-1 to the gym.

[–] AlternativeClothes43@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (2 children)

Thats nothing, Real audiophiles like bring Kef Q150 and Marrantz Amp to the gym.

What a noob.

[–] EhOsGuri69@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Sarcasm apart, Marrantz amp's are the best. Just got an used SR5006 for ridiculously cheap :D

My man is screaming to be robbed

[–] Bad_at_CSGO@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Honestly if I saw this dude in the train I’d just assume he’s a tweaker, has a few screws loose, or both.

[–] Martin_the_Cuber@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

no, that's not enough. Bring some nice reference monitors along with a 16” subwoofer.

[–] Whatever801@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

What you PP brain headphone people fail to comprehend is that speakers are far superior. Men of class like myself bring our Focal Kanta to the gym. Bigger speakers == bigger PRs.

I spoke with Sankar from Audeze some years ago and he remarked that one interested RMA case they had was someone that used his Audeze LCD planars....near daily for cardio and it got damaged from that. Said that the box it came in required them to use gloves to take it out or something.

I have photos of a customer’s HD800s for treadmill headphones. 2 pairs. With an HDVD 800 amp.

[–] mayonesadecarton@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

😶😶😶😶????????

[–] FiddyFriday@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Wait so y'all don't bring your tower speakers to the gym? Why even bother going

[–] ProphetNimd@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

This is almost as dumb as the people who pop in every once in a while to ask if it's okay to shower with headphones/IEMs, lmao.
