I ordered Audeze Maxwell on Hifi headphones Canada and I am trying to cancel my order.

Since there is no option on the website, I am trying to reach out their customer service for 2 weeks now without any answers.

Did anyone has any experiences with their customer service? Is it normal that it’s taking that much time?
