The issue with the Bills' offense is still that they can't get a push when they need a push, as reflected by the goal line plays and the 4th quarter.

I like the idea of Buffalo kind of flipping the skill player usage here. Use Diggs and Davis in the shorter areas, use Kincaid and Shakir further down the field. Letting Diggs be the security blanket and flipping some the reads allows for Josh to get through the progression faster. Spread concepts are helpful for Josh and so is a little more motion.

Murray doesn't really need to get carries at this point either.

Still needs less mistakes from Allen to work consistently, and McDermott is way too conservative and trusts the defense way too much.

McDermott was way too conservative there with how bad the Bills defense is now and he needs to let Josh Allen go for the kill on a couple of those 4th and 2's.

Nice to see more teams figuring out to go for 2 after being down 15 and scoring late. It's really gonna take off once somebody finally gets the 2nd TD and goes on to win. Doug Peterson's Eagles actually got it, but also gave up a late FG and lost by 2.
