Hi folks,

I will probably buy a photo printer by the end of the year.

My goal is to close the loop and master the whole process, from shooting to getting my photo on the paper. No gallery or anything, just for framing at home and my own satisfaction to have my pictures in hand.

So, I'm looking for content recommandations, channels, blogs, books, in order to learn about all the basics and more.

I've heard a lot of good things about the canon pro-1000, around the 1000 bucks

Usually they are 1500€. Pro-300 is like 800€, so closer to 1000 than pro-1000. But yea both great printers, i have pro-300 myself. No real competition to it really, but if you go much over a grand, Epsons are also worth looking at.
