A place to politely discuss the tools, technique and culture of photography.

This is not a good place to simply share cool photos/videos or promote your own work and projects, but rather a place to discuss photography as an art and post things that would be of interest to other photographers.

Hello,

I use a sony alpha 6000 with a godox tt350s. Apparently it should be compatible, but it sometimes has problems to connect with the hot shoe.

Another weird problem i have, is that if i take a picture, the flash flashes a few times before actually taking the picture. I never had that with previous flashes. That happens in all lighting connditions, and in all modes of the flash

What can i do? Or should i use another flash?

Thanks in advance

Sounds like a focus flash to me. Should be an option to turn that off. Id search in the focus settings first and then in the flash settings

I had red eye reduction on, that was the problem. Still thank you

Oh come on, why is no one willing to read the manual of their cameras
