3.5mm skinny connector headphone cable (alien.top)

I have a Nocs NS900 with a broken headphone cable. The cable features a proprietary 3.5mm skinny* locking connector on the headphone side and a "standard" 3.5mm connector (with a 6.3mm screw-on adapter) on the DAC side.

*The outer diameter of the skinny headphone terminating connector is 7.5mm.

Since Nocs are incredibly unresponsive and seem unable to provide replacement parts (I've been emailing them for several months now), I wanted to ask if you guys know of any headphones that might have a similar cable that I could buy and eventually somehow make to fit the NS900?
