Saw a question earlier today that said, "who's the most disrespected player in nba history, and why is it lebron james?"

What do y'all think?

I don't know about NBA history but as of recently at least it's Anthony Davis. I get he's inconsistent and probably not a true #1 guy to lead a team but he gets so much shit if he has a bad game (1 game in a 82 game regular season), and it's also weird how everyone clowns on him for being injured a lot of the time. Man hit his head on the court and got a concussion and NBA fans were laughing at him for that

Recent allegations aside, Dwight Howard has got to be a top 3 most disrespected player ever for his basketball ability

The guy from my childhood everybody forgets about when discussing the era is Kevin Johnson. Guy was tremendous.

Shit person, apparently. But tremendous at basketball.

RJ Barrett. Should’ve made an all rookie team over guys like.. well just about everyone on the list not named Zion and Ja. But certainly over guys like Eric Paschall or Terrence Davis.

Some of the criticisms against Lebron don’t make sense
