I lost my shop for no reason after 2years and more than 80,000 sales on it, is there any solution to do? Is it legal to buy a ready shop from someone? Or make a partnership with him/her if they don’t know how to sell on Etsy? I need your opinion please πŸ™

do you absolutely need Etsy to sell your product(s)? how about opening your own store on your own website?

Your question is not clear. How did you lost your shop?

I received an email saying your shop is permanently suspended."

Probably a scam. Check with etsy support.

You should start by asking Etsy why they closed your shop.

Yes, I did. They told me they closed it by mistake and after 48 hours, it would be available again. But after 48 hours, nothing happened. I contacted them again, and they told me they are sorry they closed it by mistake... same message, but nothing happened again.
