I get the dress watch aspect, but in my opinion it is missing a bit of color. As you already have the DJ 41 and like it, how about a GMT Master Pepsi / Jubilee or even a Submariner Bluesy? A Grand Seiko Spring Drive wouldn't go amiss either, perhaps the Shunbun or Mistflake.
Noob is a chinese fake watch maker. So not sure if you are saying its a collection of fake watches, or that you just started collecting watches and bought $10k+ worth at once.
