Considering REL 212/SX with Cornwall IV. Comments? (alien.top)

I have a pair of Cornwall IV speakers in my 2-channel listening room. Amp is McIntosh MA8950 @ 200w/ch. Only have room for a single sub. I had a single REL HT/1510 Predator II on them, but I found they really don’t go below ~28-30 hertz or so (despite what they advertise), so I moved it to my theater room. I am considering a REL 212/SX. I was hoping for some constructive feedback on my proposed setup.
