I think the people in New Orleans will be fine with Steph going back to resting the next time the Warriors visit lol.

[–] Kylo_Ren415@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Warriors remembered how to win road games again. 🥲

Steph Curry man.

[–] ImTheBestNerd@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

if steph wins his minutes

and cp3 wins his minutes

we're gonna be really good

[–] Carni-V-oreX@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Charles promised me the Warriors were cooked :(

[–] skaiansightseer@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

draymond with the lowest +/- in a warriors win... not something you see much of

[–] itsmeng@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Game 7 Steph coming early this year

[–] Witty-C@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

CP3 is the real difference maker.

[–] Parenegade@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

We're so much better than last year it's insane. The receipts have been kept too and it's borderline unhealthy how much I'm looking forward to looking back on this season.

[–] Crackedandimplat@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

The league is cooked

In all seriousness this team is leaps and bounds better than last year. We had the worst bench in the league last year. Every time Steph would sit for rest, our bench would give up whatever lead we had. This year CP3 has made our bench one of the best, and our younger guys have taken a big step in their development.

Warriors might have the two taller 6'9 players ever. Looney and Trayce Jackson-Davis don NOT look 6'9.

[–] dullscissor1@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Not a fun watch! Steph Curry is good at basketball

[–] Raonak@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Steph Curry going for another Unanimous MVP trophy.

[–] captainaweeesome@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Stephen Curry is a cheat code like bro wtf

[–] nohitsallmisses@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Steph MVP season incoming?

[–] iGetBuckets3@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Steph has been COOKING in the first 3 games. He is truly special.

[–] toastiestnuggets@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

this game exposed all of our weaknesses pretty much. willie’s inexperience as a head coach, and us not grabbing rebounds for shit. we have 79 more games to get it together

[–] Party-Ad-7077@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Not greatest point guard of all time btw

[–] BUUAHAHAHA@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

TJD and Podz have been solid

[–] reddev87@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

When Steph’s on like tonight it’s the greatest show in sports, he’s so much fun

[–] Itezguatitez@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Steph can just keep them in the game while Wiggs and Dray shake the rust off, just for the bench to come in and extend the lead? League IN SHAMBLES.

[–] aase458@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago (1 children)

The team didn't play their best and they missed BI's scoring, but sometimes you just gotta tip your cap to a GOAT-level player and move on to the next one. Steph wasn't losing tonight.

13 10 and 4? Wiseman could only dream.

Two timelines back on the menu?

[–] MySilverBurrito@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

I love when Curry remembers he’s a good player and just start yeeting the ball for shits and gigs.

[–] Semperfudge24@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

going from jp to cp is like seeing the face of god

[–] rpars18@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Good win, wish Brandon Ingram played so it would look even better but I’ll take it

[–] Casualrodfarva2@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

The Warriors are going to win a wholeeeeeeeeeeeee lot of games if they consistently win the non Steph minutes. At no point in the season last year did they win 3 straight road games and they open the year doing that. Lmaooooooo

[–] Vampinthedark@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Wardell Stephen Curry. Unreal

[–] CummingInTheNile@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Steph reminding the Pelicans that daddy's briefly home from his trip to the convenience store before he leaves again for cigs

[–] shualton@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

I see Trayce Jackson-Davis went to the Kevon Looney School of Boxing Out

[–] Itezguatitez@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Zion got his because he's unstoppable but the warriors and Draymond had an amazing gameplan(easier to apply it with BI and Trey out tho). Show a ton of bodies and forcing him right every time. You could tell Dray and Loon knew those spins he usually does after an In&out with his right, or right after catching it in the post.

First time I feel comfortable maybe ever with Steph on the bench. Idk if it's sustainable for the whole season, but some things are clear. Warrior bench us going to:

-Play at a slow, methodical pace, minimizing turnovers. Thats so smart. You'd rather lose those minutes 15-9 than 25-15. S/O Cp3.

-Attack the offensive glass.

-Play DEFENSE.

Steph was the only player to play more than 25 minutes and we just dominated this game on the road. This team is so much different than last year.

[–] Daconvix@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

It’s wild how CP3 may have converted our fanbase from years of hating him to loving him in 4 games

[–] Letronika@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Winning three road games to start the season is wild. Last year was an emotional roller coaster

[–] Baguy21@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Just never stops cooking

[–] Itezguatitez@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Going up 2 at the half with how bad the Pels were playing felt like a huge L, but then the Warrios magic appeared in the 3rd, a tale as old as time.

When Steph is cooking like that, I'm in favour of surrounding him with just defenders. Get stops, Steph will figure it out on offense. You might not need Saric and instead play TJD. Hope Kerr trusts the rook.

I LOVE GP2. In a league full of 6'7 3 and d players, having him is amazing. Such a unique player. A point guard who can only somewhat shoot from the corner and can't dribble. But oh boy is he smart and plays amazing defense. His way of playing defense, extremely agressive and always disruptive is so fun to watch.

Wiggins has been hard to watch this season. Zero rebounding, missing easy layups, his jumper looks like shit. His free throws are a headache. He's in his own head and needs to get his shit together asap. Teams are having bad, smaller defenders on him and he can't do nothing. Our second best player can't be playing like this. *I wrote this at halftime, he looked great in the 2nd half.

I swear TJD have better hands that what he showed today. The game probably goes a bit too far for him, plus Steph can be very unpredictable and they've barely played together. Overall, I like him a lot.

Podz is such an amazing passer and connective piece offensively. If he figures out how to get his shot off he'll be a very very good role player. He hustles and fights for rebounds like a maniac too.

Saric needs to get better fast. Getting cooked by Zion is a given. Missing easy layups every game and clanking early possesion 3 pt shots to get in rhythm isn't. Not too worried about him, his passing and rebounding is already there.

[–] dawalrusine@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Curry is amazing but he actually has a reliable bench now (CP3 = good, Poole = meh)

[–] SwimmingCoyote@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

It feels so good not to anxiety ridden whenever Curry goes to the bench. Super impressed with the rookies and glad to see the bench get an extended run.

[–] PredictableSandlot@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Warriors bench has been blitzing teams for the past 4 games. It is crazy .If the bench can keep that up.Scary hours

Steph and Dray doing what they love

[–] TheRealPdGaming@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

oh no.... are the warriors back...?

FUCK

[–] Vallerie_09@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

He makes it look so STEPHORTLESS

[–] OvoCurry3799@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

I think having Paul run the second unit is going to be so freeing for Curry. For once, the team is not itching to cut his rest short in the second and fourth quarters as they bleed and lose the lead without him. As much as I hated CP3, there is no way anyone can deny his floor general ability and the sense of calmness he brings to the team

[–] ShadowOfOrion@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Trayce Jackson-Davis needs more playing time, that guy is good.

[–] sergechewbacca@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Steph is unreal, but we already knew that.

Having a bench that can win the non Curry mins feels so good. CP3 has been a great fit.

[–] ElectronicWolf8650@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Warrior fans celebrating this win 🤣🤣🤣

[–] Altruistic-Twist-379@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

THATS 3 ROAD GAMES FUCK YOU MEAN

[–] dovahkiiiiiin@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

[–] Cul_what@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago
