If you find a pin out or trace the wires, you can always just solder to them... These types of connections are also found on server power supplies for 48v DC output... We use these for amplifier power supplies in amateur radio and we just solder to them...

The way Dell likes them, proprietary. Thus isn't going to work in another machine.
FWIW, the connectors should be Amphenol PwrBlade.
I don't know the exact part number, but Amphenol 51963-031LF for example looks pretty close.. Amphenol has a bazillion of different parts numbers though
