Hello everyone,

I'm US-based, looking to leave OpenPhone after their recent changes, which only allow me to text from 1 of my numbers.

I had already left them once (because there was an issue "registering my campaign") and went with the more privacy-respecting MySudo, which was a terrible experience. For the life of me, I could not get calls to ring my phone, I would just get a notification that I missed the call. Poor call quality when it did connect. Also no web-based texting.

So I ported the number back into a new OpenPhone account after a few months because they at least had the features I needed. Or so I thought. NOW they are telling me that because of the "sole proprietor" status, I am only able to text from 1 of my numbers.

I have 3 numbers, my main personal number, a business number for clients, and a burner number for various use cases. All 3 of these must be able to send and receive texts, however, it appears that OpenPhone is once again screwing me over.

I need a simple VOIP solution that ideally:
Has a web-based interface and an Android app
Can handle 3 phone numbers, both business and personal
Can make and receive US-based phone calls
Can send/receive SMS/MMS in the US

Some unrequired bonus features I'm also looking for are:
Call recording
Simple IVR
Call forwarding to another number
MFA/2FA
Privacy respecting
