I have a memo that says I can go as fast as I want. I don't have to obey the speed limit. It also says I don't have to stop for red lights. Trump's memo has the same legal authority to change the constitution as mine does to change the speed limit.
Officer, promote that person!
This is what the 2nd amendment was made for
Hahaha no. It was made to allow the South to hunt down runaway slaves and to put down any slave uprisings.
2nd amendment - 1791
Civil war - 1861
Most of the southern states didn't really even exist yet.
The 2nd was written because the founders literally just finished fighting a war with private arms against a country that tried to take them and oppress the citizens.
Don't forget being a safety blanket that allows Americans to postpone any form of social change!
Judges need to hold these fuckers in contempt limbo.
Unfortunately, they'll just end up arresting the judges too.
People need to start shooting at ICE agents that break into homes. If Judges have their wits about them they'll throw out any cases against people who defended themselves against the ICE gang breaking in to abduct them or their family.
ICE are federal agents, does that mean shooting at them is a federal crime? Which would mean you end up in a federal court before a judge who directly falls under the Trump hierarchy? If that’s how it works, then that won’t end well for the shooter.
Even if it also falls under state jurisdiction (like they are doing with Luigi, is that called double jeopardy?) if the state acquits you, you’ll still have to answer to the feds.
If they entered your house, you were going to die in a death camp anyways.
You can't be taken to federal court if you fight to the death.
It is not a crime if someone was breaking into your home, you were fearing for your life and defended yourself. By law actual law enforcers would have a warrant.
Also if the question of whether it is a suspected state crime or a federal crime depends on who the employer of that person is, the US would be outside the scope of a state of law and resistance all the more mandated.
And then what?
The executive branch enforces the judiciary's decisions. It's toothless when the executive branch ignores it. The third check is for the legislative branch to impeach and convict. And we know that won't happen.
I'll just toss that over here with the rest of the fascism
Is it just me that saw the picture and the first thing I noticed were the big X logos?
Holy crap, you're right!

jfc, roger. we failed. sorry.
I'm wondering if people that watched The Wall and now support donvict watched the fascist stuff and thought: "hey, that looks like FUN!"
Didn't he just sign an executive order that "allows" them to do this, or did I hallucinate?
