They didn’t show this on espn
NBA - Main
Game analysis, highlights and everything else that is happening in the NBA.
Refs all around L night for them. Smh
They miss this during Game 7 of the 2016 NBA Finals.
These ref making good bets recently huh? Hahahahahahaha
That game sucked to watch. Don't know why I did that to myself.
Yikes. Didn’t look like a goaltend live, that’s wild
Sure would’ve been nice to have a tie game with the last possession playing for the win instead of down two…
I’m kind of glad it happened because maybe it will quell some of the shit people were saying after the OKC game.
Doubt it will, but anyway gg Denver
This thread should be pleasant
Warriors goaltend on the other end was so stupid though. Lazy 2 points just given away
Hilarious reffing the entire match
This kind of stuff just boggles my mind we are living in 2023 with crazy technology with hundreds of cameras and angles but can't fix the easiest problem in their product. This isn't some planet fitness, la fitness basketball game this is NBA billion-dollar product and they won't even bother or try to fix the easiest problem like this? crazy
When you see the technology soccer has you wonder why this isn’t implemented in more American sports
0 accountability, unless it’s those pesky players…..
EASY
RIGGED
what the fuck is this clip dude, you’re missing footage of half your title
yeah this clip is awful, why is this upvoted and everyone acting in the comments like it’s good?
Thank god! I was looking at the comments and no one said anything lol thought I was loosing it 😅
Warriors getting a taste again. First it was draymond
1 thing I just thought about, if a guy hits a 3 and they mistakenly count it as a 2 they'll adjust the score at the next deadball. Why don't they do that with missed goaltends
That’s a good play sequence for the Nuggets then .
Refs tryna right their wrongs from the OKC game lol.
This was literally the game. Fucking awful officiating down the stretch
Honestly I don't even have a problem with the refs. Refs are human and this game moves very fast. They get a lot of calls right and are bound to miss a couple here and there.
What I truly don't understand is how in 2023 technology hasn't solved this. We have private companies that send rockets into space and the beginning of artificial intelligence, but the NBA can't get tech to tell them in real time if a ball bounced off glass???
OH DAMN! so i was at the game. we couldnt figure out what had happened. i sit way the fuck up at the top, so i thought it was a clean block.. damn that explains so much.
needless to say they didnt show any replays in stadium.
This kinda proves my point that the refs just suck this year 🙃🙃🙃🙃
I fucking LOVE hearing Fitzgerald near tears
The refs said "Fuck the Warriors, but fuck you Steph Curry in particular". Absolutely outrageous. And they also didn't call the foul on his second last 3 pt shot.
I would care if it wasn’t the warriors.
The more and more sports betting gets legalized the more and more wild shit like this happens
L
If the title of a clip mentions two scenes and then only shows one, it should be removed. All it shows is the missed goal tend on curry.
I get karma farming, but this is just stupid.
Yeah, I thought my video player was messing with me. Is it just us? Did no one actually watch this clip??
Not really goaltending EXCEPTION: If a player near his own basket has his hand legally in contact with the ball, it is not a violation if his contact with the ball continues after the ball enters the cylinder, or if, in such action, he touches the basket.
This wasn't a contact with the ball in the cylinder, it was contact after the ball hit the backboard above the rim
Need to boycott to make a difference. Engagement only serves to condone and encourage current status quo.
Oh noooooo, poor golden state.
ARAB
Blind
Why tf replay center can't just let the main ref know that it was actually a goaltend, so he could stop the play and correct the mistake? Game is fast, shit happens it's normal but that's why you should use technology to help out instead of pretending you got it right and giving techs if someone actually points out the mistake. This is so backwards. Goaltend is an easy situation where technology can clear up 99% issues. I just don't get why they are not taking advantage of it.
National point shaving league getting folks paid.
I had curry 25+ pts in my parlay so this was my fault. Sorry guys.
Refs=shit, their job could be done by a monkey with a computer.
At this point just take the refs out, let the players call their own plays and if they want to challenge then shoot for it. I'm barely even joking. It would be more consistent than these intentionally incompetent refs.
Pathetic.
Don't worry, this wasn't in the last 2 minutes, so the league never has to acknowledge it.
Refs cheating the Warriors. A tale as old as the last 10 years
Potential goaltends should be dead ball plays with quick video confirmation. Ignoring properly called goaltending literally takes points off the board
