I think it's a microbrand. If it's covered in warranty, it's better to let them fix it. Otherwise, just take it to a watchmaker to replace the glass - if it's possible, I suggest to replace it with sapphire crystal for better durability.

Can you post pics? Would help
I don't know Mu-ra watches but taking a look at it, it certainly doesn't look "handmade". That looks like a cheap chinese 2660s movement with some decoration on top (the hour markers). Taking that into consideration and keeping in mind the price I'm guessing it's just a bunch of chinese parts assembled in Japan sold as "handmade".
As for service, probably most watchmakers will be able to service it since it's a very simple movement. Unfortunately the service will probably cost you more than the watch itself. Considering a brand new movement can be found for around $20, I would just toss the movement and put a new one inside and get a replacement glass. Maybe do some research, order those things by yourself and get a watchmaker to install them for you. If you're a bit handy, you can even do it yourself
Hey thanks for commenting!! Yeah that would totally make sense. Sucks on the watch!! New to the whole watch thing so hopefully I’ll be able to spot that in the future. I might just order a new watch, not sure how worth the hassle all this is. Thanks again.
