It’s super frustrating, we start out hot or get a decent lead by the half. Then third quarter comes around and some weird backup unit with Joe Ingles getting cooked on defense is out there for way too long. The team collapses when defense tightens up on them towards the end of games. Teams figure out by the second half to just clog the lane and not let Franz drive or Paolo get into the post. Fultz cannot shoot so they give him so much space and it kills any offense with him and Suggs on the floor together.
Nothing I like more than watching a team completely ignore their hottest hand down the stretch.

I want to mention how much altitude mattered this game. The sloppy second half with both teams looking slow and sluggish was so huge. I’m actually a huge fan of Trae sitting from 8:30->4 minutes to get the last breath of air to go all out for the last little bit, while everyone else on the court is gassed.
