Trade him to a good team. It’s not Fields’ fault.
Fields takes so many sacks, misses easy completions, and the turnovers are really bad too. It's one thing to not move the ball. But Fields has so many negative plays as a passer he actually hurts his team. He's performing worse than a game manager.
Bears fans complain about all the screens...that's because Fields can't run any other passing play well enough consistently
