What I don't get about the Draymond tech is that Mitchell's foul was clearly flagrant, regardless of what happened before. So you can call the tech on Draymond but it should have been a flagrant on Mitchell regardless. There's no rule that you make subsequent fouls a lower grade if there was a tech before that. EDIT: I am not a Warriors fan. I'm just making an observation about the ruling.
