Hi Everyone!!

Rohan here , started my fragrance journey during Covid .

Was working in an MNC and was not having much work to do because everything was impacted.

Was always amazed by fragrances and smells, had one attar bottle which was very old and i still have that (was gifted my one of my friends)

Decided to create and make available majorly all the brands recreation at an affordable prices.

No false claims like 48 hours longevity or all the girls in room will drool all over you like crazy.

๐Ÿ˜

Invested my own money since my family was not very confident.

But hey ! It turned out to be amazing. People are loving it

Do try

Get yourself a better domain, let GPT write your post, think of a good name and display prices in USD instead of Indian Rupees

This would be the baseline. And invest 500 euros in a brand visual.

During your research, do your desired customers search for your product by "cologne" "fragrance" "scent" or what? Also, would you be interested in listing your product on a new platform?

the big issue you'll face is you're pursuing a cost advantage for a product people buy because it's luxurious. and unlike things like sweaters that are $300, most people can afford to splurge a bit on fragrances because they wear them so infrequently. like i bought a $400 bottle (far above what most people are paying, i bet) 3 years ago and i still ahve maybe 70% left. and when you look at what's probably the more common situation, someone is probably spending $50-150 for a product that will last them years. Most people can afford that.

bottom line, you should first look to do research on how large/unmet demand for discounted fragrances is.

And as someone said below, people, even people from the middle east i imagine, don't associate the term 'arabian' with luxury and style. which is problematic because, lets be honest, luxury goods like fragrances are like 80% marketing. it's more about the space it occupies in someone's mind than it is how effectively and demonstrably it solves a problem.

Pacakaging ๐Ÿ˜’

Every Arabian person Iโ€™ve met does tend to have a scent. Itโ€™s not one Iโ€™d pay for.

Affordable Luxury is already an oxymoron.

If you want to go with Luxury, spend at least 12$ in a .com for your website.
