Not saying he's not a flopper but this doesn't look that crazy to me. He goes to make a spin move, loses his footing, then does his best to throw the ball up. Like his left foot clearly gets tangled up as he's stepping down which is why he falls, and he keeps spinning because he swings his arm up to get the ball towards the basket.
