Definitely true, but I think they should try to build on the momentum and take a step up coaching wise. Southgate has done his part but he's not even close to the level of the players he has available.

Shouldn’t get complacent, I like Rashford but how is he anywhere near that squad when Raheem isn’t?

I'm guessing Raheem will be back for the actual tournament.

Southgate tends to pick him when we're playing better teams and we actually need to press. Rashford isn't that sort of player, but Rashford/Kane/Saka is a better combo for breaking down a low block.

Remember this squad is to play Malta and North Macedonia. It's low block o'clock mate.
