Volume isn't as high as his best years but nevertheless he undoubtedly is playing MUCH better than whatever last season was this year

Moves him into 4th in the league for passer rating

This is who Russ is, historically his passing efficiency is almost unmatched.

All you mfs hated on us so relentlessly the past two years, memed us more than anyone I’ve ever seen. Now what is it???

He's fucking ass lmao.

[–] Tolve@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

When Russell’s efficiency was otherworldly in Seattle his volume was low as well. Turns out Pete Carroll knew what he was doing, fucking nuts.

[–] jackt-up@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Wish the best for Russ, he’s a good dude, and lowkey the last 4-5 games he is better, but I’ve got my popcorn ready in case it goes south

[–] chrispy_bacon@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Why does it still seem like he sucks so bad?

Let Russ Cook ? 🙅🏾‍♂️❌

Let Russ MealPrep👨🏾‍🍳✅

[–] toomuchdiponurchip@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

He’s him!!! Happy to see him doing well man

[–] CONSTANTIN_VALDOR_@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

If you watch the games you can clearly see he sucks lmao

[–] Dmbfantomas@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Nathaniel Hackett really must be that bad.

[–] birdazam@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Kirk played like a MVP before he got hurt and Russ is back, I guess Jets should give Nick Foles a try.

[–] Sylli17@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

As a Seahawks fan... I kind of love this right now

I haven't watched any broncos game this year but every time I look at the box score, Wilson's stats are like 14-18 for 113 yards and 2 TDs

[–] Hornsdowngunsup@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

So are the broncos not shit fire anymore?

[–] BurgessFox@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Since Payton stopped Russ from trying to cook, and just let him prepare the salads and vegetables, he's been reasonably effective.

He's still being paid like an elite chef at a top restaurant though.

Outside of the TD throw and one of those late shovel passes to Perine, he didn’t look great. He didn’t actively harm the team but they had great field position all night and couldn’t capitalize.

Playing his way back in the HOF conversation. If he makes the pro bowl this year, we'll see.

[–] NFLFilmsArchive@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

He’s in the Hall of fame conversation and has been for years. Didn’t change after last year.

He’s on pace to retire top 10 in wins, passing TDs, passing yards (this one might be iffy but he’ll probably hit the 50k mark), 4th all time in passer rating currently, and of course, he was a major contributor on a SB winning team.

He has a better resume outside of raw volume than Rivers and will probably get close enough to his totals anyways. A lot of people think Rivers will make the Hall. I think it’s likely (probably due to public pressure) but I think the HOF voters may personally not want to let him. Rivers who’s never even sniffed a SB appearance let alone a win, or won a major award would basically open the floodgates for modern QBs.

Matt Ryan, Russel Wilson etc, become basically shoo ins if he’s inducted. They already have much better résumé’s than Rivers.

Wilson won’t be an innocent circle Hall of Fame or first ballot or anything but he’ll get in eventually. And probably quicker if he manages to do some great things at Denver before the end of the contract.

Idk man russ has been better but he lost them a couple of games early on people forget things very quickly in sports. Russ was having good statistical games while giving up game losing plays. Good that they're finally winning

Mr Semi Limited

[–] pujolsrox11@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

[–] Mcafreesfakecousin9r@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Mr unliiiiiiiiimited 🥸

[–] -AbeFroman@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

It blew my mind how quickly people moved to say he was trash last year. The dude put up a decade of excellent play in Seattle, career passer rating over 100 with them.

[–] styuone@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

But most of these are dump offs and screens lol

[–] ctong21@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

I never thought he was the problem but his 6.9 ypa is the lowest of his career. His strength is his deep ball but his receivers just aren't fast enough to create deep seperation.

[–] FurysGoodEye@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Are we all done protecting Hackett like he’s some poor victim of the mean Broncos org?

He’s a very likable dude, but man is he lost when it comes to coaching and offensive play calling.

[–] svhelloworld@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

When Hackett got hired, I was a little worried that the Green Bay offense had more to do with Aaron Rodgers and Matt LaFluer than Hackett. I think we're all getting a clear picture of what was actually powering that old GB offense.

(To be clear, I wish nothing but the best for Hackett, he's a stand up dude in an industry full of assholes. But maybe he isn't as talented at running an offense as we thought.)

[–] rounder55@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Playing well but overpriced like movie theater food.

[–] Frickstar@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Bring back the dangerwich you cowards

[–] allergic2URbullshit@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Well the coach has a way with qbs

[–] NoChanceNoProblem@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Queitly having a great season. The broncos demise was a bit overblown with that 70 peice the gave up. Since then they have looked pretty decent.
