these are mounted in the back of @scrmblr404 (insta) mustang, they are part of the quiet racing club, im guessing they are some sort police countermeasures. the image is from a reel on @rly.slo apologies if this is the wrong sub but i feel that this community has the most diverse info on anything mounted on a rack

I had to guess it's an antenna multiplex/splitter. So they only have 1-2 antennas, and pass it to the radios. Rather then 6 antennas.

The switch could be anything. But my money's on POE leds, or just using ethernet for ease of plug, or just something to look at that looks cool, but serves no purpose

Top left looks like a Land Mobile Radio, probably just VHF so they can talk to each other. Under that with the black cables is some kind of coax cables running to who knows what. As another poster mentioned it could be a multiplexer or splitter to reduce the number of antennas they need if it's radio related.

Under that is a patch panel.

Under the patch panel is a network switch. No idea what you'd need a 24 port network switch for in a car unless there are some sensors or other devices (media?) in there. Could be providing anything if it's a power over ethernet switch. Cameras, sensors, screens, raspberry pi or other small computers, etc...

Under that appears to be a battery backup.

Yeah basically these night racers alongside those “QUIET” and “GHOST” crews run in packs at night without valid plates & if they encounter police they just turn off headlights, drop a gear and disappear, all for IG clout
