Hello
so i'm setting up cisco phones in my office. the IP phones work perfectly internally.
but I want to call the phones externally e.i: from my mobile phone.

the architecture is a core switch and the ip phones, voip router and the cucm server are connected to it.

can someone provide me the steps to do so.

thanks in advance.

Configure your CUBE router, and it's connections to CM and PSTN.

Uhhh.

There's a massive list of information you're not providing, and by not knowing what questions to ask or what info to provide, it sounds like you need more help than reddit can offer.

Before anything, the most important question is-do you even own the phone numbers you think you should be able to dial from your mobile? If no, you need to talk to a telephone company. If yes, you should start by talking to their support.
