42mm is an awesome size for a diver they aren't supposed to be small

Exactly. You also cannot expect to see a lume as good as this if this is smaller size.
I would disagree. You need a minimum of 48mm to truly see lume properly when doing a night dive. Especially when searching shipwrecks in Lale Eerie.
Ahh, the Great Lakes. 🌊
I think it should be smaller. When you look at military watches like marathon or CWC they either come small or have small sizes available.
Perfect for the werewolf that you are. magnificent loom
Is this the blue or black one? If blue, is it brighter or more of a navy blue? I can't find any consistency in online photos, and any shop that may have one is over an hour away.
He misunderstood your question. This is the Black one, you can tell by the bezel being a standard dive bezel. The Blue one has a backwards countdown bezel where the 50 is over the 10 minute marker, etc.
What’s the lume look like after 10 minutes though?
Looks very sane.
Wow almost as good as Seiko lume
It's cool but just has niche appeal imo. The fixed lugs make it far less versatile than the original Pelagos and make it feel a bit bigger too. I'd much rather have a cheaper version where you can swap between an awesome bracelet, leather straps, natos, or anything else. It's actually not even close.
The Pelagos line has absolutely insane lume. Up until Pelagos nothing could touch my old Seiko diver for lume intensity, but when I got my Pelagos it completely blew it away. It looks almost dim in comparison.
