I have disabled mcast on CoIoT and set it to my Home Assistant IP. Do they still send broadcast?

Packet Capture I have look into on how to do it on the WiFi network.

Use a tool like WireShark.

I think it's more that Shelly broadcasts itself via mDNS Discovery so that other devices can find it, your laptop is picking that up and some service on your PC is being like "Hey what is this? What can you Do? Just so I know" (i.e. querying mDNS service types), which is firing off your firewall warnings

What software is that? Is that on a router?

That UI is from Ubiquiti Unifi and more specifically he’s probably running a UDM-Pro or UDM Special Edition.
