It always amazes me how much republicans hate the constitution.

They like the idea of the constitution, just like they like the idea of the Bible: an unquestionable authority with no real rules on its interpretation.
I’m not even sure they like the idea of the constitution. They want orders from on high, and that is absolutely not what the idea of the constitution is. The constitution, as originally written even, is everything about America that republicans currently hate. They want one man to wield practically unlimited power.
Anyone who holds “The Founding Fathers” in reverence has no business in government.
But if you don’t act like that you won’t get elected.
The Nazi says Nazi shit? I'm shocked
This is the same guy who had a Nazi symbol in one of his political ads made by some people hired directly from 4chan.
These people are insane.
They have a right to drive into a brick thrown by protesters as well then.
Or fire a gun at the driver!
This will backfire when people see a bunch of armed larping individuals attempting to swarm their car in a threating manner.
You already know, that if some Floridian Neo-Nazi group gets a van thrown at them, the tune will immediately change as if they said nothing of the sort.
They will deny it was meant that way no matter who does it. There is no way he can protect someone who runs anyone over. This is just to encourage people to do it, and it's wild that it may actually work...
I can't even believe these are the things being said at all these days. Wtf is wrong with all of these people.
That's when we'll learn the difference between "an angry mob" and "peacefully protesting patriots"
It's kinda already true with bikers. I've been hit 4 times while commuting by bike and they never were ticketed. Each one was pulling out of a driveway without looking
If you want to get away with murder, use a car.
This post title is disingenuous. DeSantis doesn't say drivers have the right to hit protesters with cars under all circumstances, only when the drivers are threatened.
And I'm sure no one is ever going to misuse that and claim the protester calmly standing in front of the car was "threatening them!!!1!!!1"
That decree is an act of protest, as such, Desatan? Meet hood ornament!
Just wait for him to casually cross the street then BAM. Get out afterwards and plant an ANTIFA sign on him, all legal.
Cross the street? On foot, like a poor?
It's Florida. The only pedestrians there have no other options.
