Awesome!

Now do it again next weekend

And the weekend after

This cannot stop until trump is gone or he'll never go away

I would be happy if there were regular protests this size. But the only regular protests in the foreseeable future will be the much smaller ones against ice?

Americans still seem to be learning how to protest, and are busy congratulating themselves on a false start

I was disappointed that there wasn't more reporting in the article about what the Socialist Equality Party was doing at their campaign tables during the protests. Also, they should have asked more people about whether they thought the workers should unite and general strikes. I was satisfied with their coverage of the types of blue collar workers who participated in the protests, though.

I imagine during the Iranian Revolution that you could read articles in underground papers about how many people were calling for a theocracy to replace the dictatorship they had going on then.

Man, if only there was some early warning about this, and some mechanism by which we could have prevented him from taking office. I dunno.

To be fair it's not like he said he was going to be a dictator on day one...wait.

Like do an insurrection? Because I'm pretty sure mass anti-Trump protests are not a prime location to find people who didn't already vote against him.

I wouldn't be so sure, given how many leopard-eaten and Pikachu faces you see around, even among those who should know better.
