Need help to learn how to use an iPhone in and out for VM/AD/MDM/Home Lab purposes (alien.top)

Lately I'm trying to build myself a home lab with Active Directory and MDM for mobile devices to troubleshoot. I build many VMs on VMware 17 Pro (Win10, Server, Win 11, macOS 14, Ubuntu, Kali, even Android OS). I would like to know if there is a way to have an iPhone VM. I'm working as a Helpdesk and more and more users switch to iPhone and I dread those calls because even them can't work around the how to do this and that on their phones. Are there some kinds of add-ins or emulators that I could add to VMWare to work in some kind of lab environment to growth my skills and be more proficient at work?

Xcode has an iOS simulator. You can have a macOS VM run xcode.
