CEO with actual experience at being a CEO at a massive football club, a sporting director with actual experience at being a sporting director.

Both in at the behest of Jim Ratcliffe.

Seems to me a decent sign that United might be finding their way out of the Glazer shenanigans and that as soon as the 25% is ratified it's Jim's ship to run and eventually take full control of. We'll see if it works. But I would hope that once that proper structure is in place the clock is effectively reset for Ten Hag so he can show what he can do when he actually has time on the training ground.
