My panthers are worse than their record. Re do season and I don’t think we beat Houston lol

This year is the nicest this sub has ever been to us.
Texans are better than their record and chiefs are far worse than their record
Commanders are low key 1 play away in 4 different games of being 8-2.
With Kyler back we are absolutely not 2-8 bad, I'm guessing we'll bullshit our way to 6-11
Teams I don’t understand why they’re considered good: Vikings, Browns, and Steelers
Teams I don’t understand why they’re considered bad: Chargers, Titans, bills, and maybe commanders
Right now we seem like we're about right
At the end of the year I think we'll be a legit answer for "worse than our record" though. We don't really play any high end teams until week 16, then it's the Vikes twice and the Cowboys
We could win all of those or lose them all
Neither outcome will surprise me, but those last 3 games will be super telling for how good the team actually is
Booting McDaniels was definitely addition by subtraction in Las Vegas's case. But when they did have him they were over performing.
The Raiders should be 1 or 2 games better and that may be the difference at the end of the season
Bengals and Steelers imo
I think the lions is a paper tiger and I think the jags alot stronger if they get their shit together
But that’s lions Oline is nuts.
Broncos are worse than their record. Im not sure how they lucked into back to back games where both opponents shot themselves in the foot throughout the game but it happened.
Similarly mu chiefs are worse than their record. I have no idea how this defense has dragged the lifeless corpse of this offense to Ws all year, but it happened.
Objection, this question is leading and high prejudicial to my favorite team!
Should be better but we are honestly worst. Our offense is not playing anywhere near their potential, and our defense can't seem to show up until the 2nd half.
I think the Giants are worse than their record, because 2-8 makes it look like there are two worse teams in the league.
BAL, SF, MIA, BUF, JAX, HOU, SEA, TEN, GB, NE are all one game better than their record, LAC two games better
NYG, CAR, ATL, DEN, MIN are all one game worse than their record, LV and PHI two games worse
We are good enough to be 8-2 but had a strong case of fumblitis/dropsies early on for whatever reason
I don't wanna play this game
First Half Packers: God oh God so much worse.
Second Half Packers: pretty okay and a lil better than their record.
Better: Cowboys, 49ers, Texans, Rams, Bengals, Buccs
Worse: Panthers, Falcons, Saints, Seahawks, Jets, Colts
Worse: Dolphins and Steelers for sure. Maybe Jaguars by a little bit?
Better: Going through standings the only team that really sticks out is maybe the Texans. I think Stroud and a lot of the other rookies are finding their groove.
Broncos are both? 4-5 record but the team gave up 70 to the dolphins but then beats Chiefs and Bills back to back?
Washington lost to the Eagles the first time because they decided against going for 2 points after their last TD. Then they lost to the Giants 7-14. A week later they would drop 31 points on the Eagles. In both of those games they had chances to win it and blew it. Then they just lost to the Seahawks (after an absolutely insane call by the refs to eject a player, among other questionable calls) by 3 points.
With a little bit of luck they could be 8-2 leading the division.
But the NFC East as a whole is weird this year. The Giants over performed last year and have completely fallen apart this year. The Eagles are very lucky that they are 8-1 because they are a lot more suspect than they should be with that record. And we all know that Dallas is going to find some way to blow it this year. So yeah, if things go slightly differently we would all be talking about how the Sam Howell led Commanders are contenders.
The Rams were picked by many to be a bottom 5 team in the league this year and somehow have 3 wins - but we’ve also blown two very winnable games and should be better.
Houston is definitely better as long as CJ MF Stroud continues his sorcery.
Bill Parcells said "You are what your record says you are."
One of my favorite quotes in general. So true for pro football and can be applied to many other (not all) aspects of life.
It seems most feel the cowboys are just right. Absolutely curb stomping the teams they should cover against (other than Arizona but the OL was in complete disarray) and shooting themselves in every toe against what is believed to be the upper weight class (eagles, 9ers). Kind of peaceful here ngl
Vikings are better than their record but losing Kirk is rough
