Famous midfielder Andre Onana

[–] andrew_a7@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Enzo and Cole World

[–] Rockyflame458@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Incoming Bayern fans to trash on Kimmich while praising people like Goretzka and Laimer who hide from the ball and are camping ahead. Like sure man, shit on your best midfielder because he is the only one who actually tries to do something.

One of the key to shut down bayern is to man mark Kimmich 90 per cent of the time he'll keep the ball but the 10 per cent when you can intercept a ball from him, it's a goal opportunity

I miss KDB :(

[–] Shadeun@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

hmmm can see how much Barca must be hurting with FDJ out. Is he their most important player?

[–] Environmental_Act501@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago
  1. Kimmich

  2. Koke

  3. De Paul

  4. Enzo

  5. Palmer

[–] elkaxd@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Koke doing this as a 6 is crazy, so underrated

Veerman is the better version of Maddison confirmed.

[–] tipytopmain@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

This Palmer kid is good.

[–] e1a6@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

It looks like Real Madrid found a great replacement for Kroos in Tchouameni and probably learning from his experience as we speak.

[–] Athletic_Bilbae@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

who are the two circles in the bottom left corner lmao

Can easily see why Chelsea is up there with most chances created in the league with 2 of their players near top right. Same with Atletico who suddenly don't have scoring problems anymore.

[–] Erty13@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

We seriously miss Frenkie, but I am surprised by Romeu. He doesn't try them much, but he is surprisingly very accurate with them. I hope the stories about his knees are true and that we are not stuck with him at this level...

[–] re6en@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I can see our midfield there (enzo-de paul-alexis) but also can see Palacios, I wish he played more for us instead of Paredes

[–] Yassoox9@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I wonder where Veerman will end up

[–] NaiveElk@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Toni Kroos with that German efficiency

[–] Fransjepansje@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago
[–] neefhuts@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Kimmich in my team and De Jong in my national team, I'm lucky

[–] hardinho@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

These will never be the same without Leo

[–] javilasa@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Bro didn’t want to include any Uruguayan midfielder, having Valverde, Ugarte and Bentancur to choose

[–] Rudeek@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Koke underrated

[–] bmcrl@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

João Neves... Benfica has a fucking gem in him. Hope he develops as expected, what a player.

Kokçu seems more and more as a waste of money. The talent is there, seems like he just doesn't fit the system (whatever system we have - we are playing like shit).

[–] LanceOhio@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Is that Andre Onana?

[–] IllustriousAnt485@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

This is why Argentina won the World Cup. Volume of through passes to guys like Messi dimaria and Alvarez. The team played vertically on the ground better than anyone.

[–] SavingsLeg@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

And germans will still say that kimmich should not be in our starting 11

[–] Theguy10000@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

So it is true that his passing accuracy is not world class, i still believe we need a playmaker midfielder and Kimmic should go to right back

[–] sfwanovic@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Top left. The most accurate one.

[–] ChinookNL@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Who is bottom right?

[–] GoAwayJesus101@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Palmer proving to be a great acquisition

[–] Noctizzle@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Is James ward-prowse really not on this list? (Or atleast, not visible)

[–] clofresh@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago
[–] _Koke_@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I miss Frankie

[–] holaprobando123@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Argentina's World Cup winning midfield is all in the upper right quadrant

[–] futurejoyboy@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Chelsea midfield representing 😎

[–] Hech15@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Yeah we need another midfielder

[–] IsleofManc@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

How are Through Passes defined here? Because "Through Balls" like OP said in the title is generally a different statistic where virtually nobody completes 3+ of them per game.

The Premier League website has a through balls statistic and this season Paqueta is leading it with 16 so far and Salah's in 2nd with 11.

[–] sittingduck__@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

At 19, João Neves is almost an entire midfield by himself. To have these numbers plus what he adds without the ball, which can be even more impressive, is simply unbelievable.

I feel like a lot of soccer fans have never fully appreciated just how great a player Koke has been, for over a decade.

[–] Flintloq@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

It makes me a bit sad to think we're no longer in the top right Messi era.

[–] syed_abubaker15@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

There used to be a guy there on the top right

[–] siddybui@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Is this just for the current season?

[–] reo_1907@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Who’s that one guy in the bottom right?

[–] coolguy865@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Shocked to not see Paqueta anywhere, imagined he would be a standout

[–] Remote_War_313@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Kai Havertz 💀

[–] albiceleste3stars@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

RDP and Enzo 🇦🇷 ❤️

[–] Pek-Man@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Romeu with similar through passes per 90 as Kovacic, Isco, Ødegaard, and Musiala at a much higher passing accuracy rate, meanwhile Romeu is getting absolutely lambasted every game by my fellow fans.
