To be brief, my country has a small internal market, high tariffs and high VAT, meaning it's not easy to find stuff that isn't from giant manufacturers like Sony and what is available has a significantly higher price than in EU-NA.

You're going to have to be a lot more specific as to what you mean by "good" and what qualifies for you as "budget". Also, if you're looking for closed back or open back, wired or wireless, overears or iems...

Sony had lot’s of good stuff in the high end range

Can you get Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic, Denon or Pioneer Technics stuff?
