When players are listed as limited instead of full (or not on the injury report) how much less are they doing? Are they still helmet on but they just take it half speed and are designated for no contact? Less overall reps? Probably varies depending on the injury I'd guess but anyone what know exactly the general difference is?

They are the ones responsible for seeing how far it moves the odds on Draft Kings when it is announced they are "limited". Seriously though I think you can only define it as practiced, but carefully.
