Problem with Klay is he never developed another skill set besides catch and shoot during his prime. Not like it was needed given the team. But now he's old and post major injurues, he's completely exposed and detrimental when shots don't fall. He's a 1 trick pony. It doesn't even look like he can dribble the ball right without turnover.

It’s hard to watch him coming off screens or trying to create separation right now. He never had a bag but he had the burst to at least create space on little step backs or elevate on fades. He looks like a tortoise getting to his spots now.

He was trash to finish the playoffs last year but I thought it was in part because he had no legs after taking on a bigger load than expected when Steph was out in the regular season.

But a healthy offseason where he’s talking about how important the year is and he comes in playing like this? Clock is about to strike 12.
