Hello, folks

My Zero Red arrived 5 days ago and it's already presenting this issue. Left side is noticeably lower than the right, treble is practically non existent

Have you guys come across such an issue before?

I've come across this issue with broken headphones. Try them with other sources, if it's the same send them back.

If you got a dud send them back, no point trying to “fix” it.
