I'm looking to build my first real home server (not counting the raspberry pi I'm currently using for PiHole lol). I have a home server rack and want to build inside a 2U case. I have pretty good experience with PC building, but I've never built for this use-case or in this form factor before and want to make sure I'm not missing anything in regards to clearance and part selection.

The primary use of this server will be a NAS with plex running on it, but it will also probably get me interested in playing around with virtualization and other small projects (minecraft server for some students?). I'm planning on running TrueNAS Scale.

Anything wrong with my config, or oversights on ways I could make it cheaper? Please let me know!
