Android 14 lossless audio release? (alien.top)

Anyone happen to know when native lossless usb audio will be fully implemented for android 14 devices (e.g. pixel 8)? It's been announced in beta for a few months now. I primarily listen with spotify for the selection variety and although it's not lossless the android mixer isn't helping either.

It will be coming soon. They need to make it available for all phones first then get Spotify to add it. From what I have heard it acts like exclusive mode

I've been unable to find much more information either - and I've looked on several occasions. It looks like it's really up to app developers whether or not they will implement this, even if this gets rolled out to all Android phones on v14 eventually. No guarantees that Spotify (or Apple Music, or Amazon, etc) will actually add bit perfect playback to their Android apps if it is technically possible.

Here's hoping though, it would be really great.
