Salmon
Venison, lobster, scallops, crab, and shrampies!
The salmon seasons on the US West coast have been essentially non-existent for a couple of years. The Abalone season has been suspended for over 5 years. Both of those meats are absolutely amazing, especially when you prepare and eat them the day you caught them. I miss those two the most.
Nile Tilapia.
Also a type of duck we in my region of Brazil call "marreco", the name in English seems to be Teal or Garganey.
Venison is great.
Deer, Grouper, Tuna, Duck
Cariboo. Elk is a close second.
Duck but gator tail is a close second.
Ostrich and reindeer are both very good
raw salmon
Isn't that how you get salmonella?

it has to be fresh in the sort of way that Americans are not used to
Rattle snake is pretty good from what I can remember. Like chicken, but... different
Stringy, sinewy, tough, but good at absorbing whatever sauce you put on it
Got to thinking, it's kinda like shrimp, but taste kinda like chicken. It's been like 15 years.
I must have gotten some dehydrated roadkill snake jerky when I tried it
Mine was from one my dad killed in our yard. We then cooked it over bonfire that evening.

I love children. But I could never eat a whole one.
Just freeze whatever you can't finish in one go.

Does veal count? Technically beef but also not beef
Veal is beef because it comes from a calf. Beef is defined as any flesh or meat that comes from a cow and is used for food.
