If this continues he’s going to win ROTY and he’ll deserve it. He’s much more polished than Wemby on offense (which is to be expected) and idk how voters can ignore his impact on a vastly better team. To be clear I’m not blaming Wemby for the dumpster fire in SA but at some point I think being a driving force on a good team should matter.

I want to enjoy Chet having a statement game, and I want to follow both Chet and Wemby without the discourse being, as soon as one of them has a good game, "Chet >>>>>> Wemby," or vice versa. The toxicity is so unnecessary. I fricking hate this artificial Chet v Wemby rivalry already. Chet was a rookie last year. He should be evaluated against last year's rookies like Paolo and Jabari, and Wemby should be evaluated against Miller, Scoot, and the Thompson twins. Can we do that? Can we support both rather than having the damn Jokic v Embiid MVP conversation but for Chet and Wemby's entire careers?
